I haven't seen this in a long while, but remember it had plenty of very dodgey sets and some strange abridged explanations of what has happened in the future. I'd be interested to see this and the new version (with Samantha Mumba!) back to back and compare. I know the new one had plenty of dubois moments, and a buildup which was far too long, but I remember it having some really interesting scenes. Is the original really the best?
