I don't know if this will make it awkward, but the theme of food will be “Turkish”.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/T…..sh_cuisine
So I guess things we could have are:
Kebab, pitta and hummus, meze, dolma, doner meat…
Dessert:
Watermelon
Turkish Delight
Strong coffee
And shots of Raki if anyone fancies it!

Oh My! that does sound fantastic! and somewhat intreaguing!
*wracks brain for turkish related movies*
Well Wilson, we can certainly do kebabs and the like on a BBQ so it looks like its a go-er!
Dave, when people have had time to discuss the theme and thow some ideas about, can you assign specific food to specific couples for us?
Kebabs, Pitta and Hummus, Watermelon, Strong coffee, Raki all sound excellent to me!

Well i hate to say this but looking at the weather forecast it would seem that today is the last of the sun for a while. Rain is predicted all weekend, which means no fun in the sun unforunately. If the weather turns out to be good then sweet but for now we should plan for indoors
Not happy.
On the film side of things I think I haven an idea what the movie might be, but the Turkish theme has threw me slightly…

Hi guys I've sent this by email but it can go here too! List of ingrediants that we'd like you all to bring is as follows:
Kirst and Matt – pitta breads. salad
Mat and Jo – kebabs, or meat for kebabs. Ideally lamb or goat, but anything will do (except pork).
Dave and Helen – hummus, cous cous, eggplant and falafel
Jo and Wilson – coffee. naan bread (flavoured or plain). Goats cheese
Phil and Emma – snacks. Including Turkish Delight
Hope this is okay!
